Refund policy

We have a 2-day Refund policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a Refund or Exchange.
You can always contact us for any refund questions at contact@seamoss-pure.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right and either resolve with a refund or exchange.

Note, we cannot accept our gels to be returned so we recommend you get in touch with us first to resolve any issues.

Refunds
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
